Pizza Swirls

INGREDIENTS:

Ready to roll Puff Pastry

Tomato Puree

Grated Cheese

Ham (or any other fillings)

Flour for Dusting

 

METHOD:

  • Line Baking tray with baking paper
  • Roll out pastry into a large rectangle (approx. 3mm thick)
  • Use a knife to spread a thin layer of tomato puree all over the pastry
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with ham
  • Roll up the pastry into a long sausage shape, hiding the filling inside

  • Cut the pastry roll into slices and place on the baking tray

  • Place in a preheated oven 200°C fan, 220°C, gas mark 7, for 15 minutes
  • Allow to cool, eat and enjoy
